The California Highway Patrol has started a campaign to make motorists more aware of motorcycles. The message, “Share the road, look twice for motorcyclists,” is being displayed on over 700 signs across the state. The cool thing is that the signs are revised for traffic and Amber alerts it is good to see that someone is looking out for us. It would be good to see this up year round as long as there is noting else to report. Today I hear that motorcycle vs. car accents are up 41% and that 60% of those are fatal. Drivers of cars are just not looking out for bikes. So the Highway Patrol would like to get the massage out… we need to share the road. So I wanted to say Thank You and hope it last longer and works.
